Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of stains (deodorant, makeup, etc.), odors, scuffs, tears or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of receiving your package. Returned items must be in sellable condition.

All items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Swimwear must be returned with all tags and hygienic liners attached — please try on swimwear over underwear.

Garments must be returned in original packaging with manufacturer tags attached. When returning items for a refund, an $8 CAD return shipping fee will be deducted. We offer free return shipping if you choose store credit instead.

Customers may use their own shipping label; we recommend using a trackable method. KeynooDeals is not responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All items purchased during a sale period are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a Final Sale item is sent back for a refund, it will be returned to the customer. Price adjustments are not offered for sale items.

Please allow 7–10 business days for your return package to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to reflect the payment back to your account.

If your order has issues such as missing, damaged, or defective items, please submit a claim through our portal within 2 days of delivery.

We offer exchanges for a different size only. We cannot exchange items for a different style or color. Exchanges are not guaranteed; items are not held or reserved. We recommend sending your return back as soon as possible, as desired sizes may sell out.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing original labels will not be accepted and will be returned to you. We do not accept garments not approved through our returns portal. No exceptions.

Non-returnable items include:

• Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged
• Items without original tags and packaging
• Gift Cards
• Items marked as Final Sale

Final Sale items sent back will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Price adjustments do not apply to items included in special or limited-time savings events.
