Shipping

KeynooDeals offers free shipping on all domestic orders totaling $200 CAD or more.

All orders ship within 1–3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be adjusted or cancelled.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us at shipping@keynoodeals.com.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays.

Items available for pre-order allow you to secure an item before it’s in stock.

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. In-stock items included in your order will ship before the pre-order item. For estimated delivery dates, please refer to the product page.

Once your pre-order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

No orders are shipped after business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM PST), on weekends, or on holidays.

If you require overnight shipping, please place your order before 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

If you have not received your package or are experiencing delivery issues, please contact us to file a claim. Please note that filing a claim does not guarantee approval, as we are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

We cannot replace or refund merchandise that has been confirmed as delivered. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please verify your shipping address, look for a notice of attempted delivery, or check if someone else accepted the delivery. In rare cases, packages may show as delivered up to 36 hours before arrival.
