We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, measurements, and specifications are accurate.

However:

• Actual colours may vary depending on your device or display.
• Minor variations in colour, measurements, texture, or appearance may occur.
• Product images may be illustrative.
• Product availability may change without notice.

KEYNOO reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information.

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until your order has been accepted.

We may limit quantities purchased per customer, household, account, or order.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, KEYNOO may contact you and offer an alternative, refund the affected item, or cancel the affected portion of the order.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or checkout.

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not normally affect an order already accepted by KEYNOO, except where an obvious pricing or technical error occurred.

Applicable sales taxes may be collected at checkout where required.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

KEYNOO may refuse or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable.
• There is an obvious pricing or product-information error.
• Payment cannot be verified.
• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
• The shipping information cannot reasonably be verified.
• The order violates applicable quantity restrictions.
• The order otherwise creates a legitimate operational or legal concern.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers made available during checkout.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout.

KEYNOO does not generally store complete credit or debit card information on its own systems.

KEYNOO currently fulfills orders using inventory and fulfillment operations located in the United States.

We ship to Canada, the United States, and selected international destinations where available.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, are generally processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM Pacific Time, on weekends, or on applicable statutory holidays are generally processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other government-imposed fees may apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

KEYNOO is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or charges imposed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their destination country.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions contained in that policy.

Nothing in our policies is intended to limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

If you want to cancel an order, contact KEYNOO as soon as possible.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests received before processing or shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that situation, the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy may apply.

Promotional codes and discounts may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
• Promotional codes cannot be combined.
• Promotions may have expiration dates.
• Certain products may be excluded.
• Clearance or promotional merchandise may be final sale where clearly identified.

KEYNOO reserves the right to modify or end
promotional offers where permitted by law.

KEYNOO's trademarks, logos, product photographs, designs, graphics, text, videos, product descriptions, website layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to KEYNOO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to using our website and purchasing our products.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content to KEYNOO, you represent that you have the right to submit it.

To the extent permitted by law and subject to applicable consent requirements, you grant KEYNOO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute such content for legitimate business, marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.

Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information that you do not want publicly displayed.

Our website may use third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, analytics services, advertising platforms, social-media services, and other technology providers.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

KEYNOO is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the e-commerce infrastructure through which KEYNOO operates its online store.

Your interactions with Shopify-powered features may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how KEYNOO collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KEYNOO Inc., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase or use of our products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

KEYNOO is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, war, government actions, transportation disruptions, labour disputes, supply-chain disruptions, customs delays, carrier disruptions, technology failures, or similar events.

KEYNOO may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the customer.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, constitute the principal terms governing your use of our website and purchase of products from KEYNOO, except where additional terms expressly apply.
